Golden Shears Grooming

Don't go here! I had taken my dog to Golden Shears for years and was happy, but I've noticed within the past year several incidents of cuts and nicks and most recently when I went to pick up my dog she was limping on both her front feet which lasted for 2 weeks! It was obvious that something happened to my dog but they would give no explaination. The owner, Lori, was very unprofessional and rude and didn't even apologize for any of these above incidents. The place has become very unorganized and appears to be overbooking. You drop off your dog at 1pm and they tell you to come back at 4:30 and you have to wait 15 minutes before they bring your dog to the front. Also they charge a lot. If you do go here, pay attention to your dogs behavior afterwards as my dog couldn't wait to get out of there limping and all. I feel so guilty that I subjected my dog to this place. I do not recommend going to this place.

Do Not under any circumstance bring your dog here unless you want him/her to come back truamatized!!! One of the groomers there has been fired in the past for choking and beating dogs!
