My last visit before going to Dr. Morgan was 4 years ago. It was a miserable experience to say the least, and I never went back. I have asked and received several referrals for dentists in the Atlanta area, some I’ve actually called and most I’ve visited their websites. When you call these offices everyone seems too busy to talk to you and are concerned more about your insurance. I looked at Dr. Morgan’s website and was pleased with what I saw. There was good information and a video with patients talking about their experience. When I called the office, the lady I spoke with cared enough to answer my questions. I was never made to feel bad about not going to the dentist or about my fears. The office is beautiful and welcoming. The people that work there are nice and care about the work they’re doing. I left my appointment knowing my dental situation and I’ve been back for several cleanings. My hygienist was terrific today. Her encouragement makes me want to go back and work to improve my home care. All in all, if you want good care from people who care, see Dr. Morgan and his team.

I went to Dr Morgan at Towne lake Family because I cracked a rear (wisdom) tooth after biting down on small bone. Dr Morgan said it would cost $1,800 to place a crown on the tooth. I did not have $1,800 and I asked if I could just have the tooth pulled. Dr Morgan said the tooth was a good tooth; he did not want to pull it and gave me a credit application to finance his fees. Dr Morgan drilled, filled and placed a crown on the tooth, but the tooth never quit hurting. I have been back three times in six months to have the tooth adjusted because it constantly hurts. The tooth that I paid $1,800 to repair still hurts to the point that I want to grab a pair of pliers and rip the tooth out, but I know that I will only pull the crown off. Now I need to find another dentist and start over and have the tooth pulled.
