        ALTHOUGH I HAD A RESERVATION, I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINUTES WHILE THEY CLEANED THE VEHICLE. MY CAR WAS HAVING BODY WORK DONE AND THE RENTAL WAS PART OF THE INSURANCE. INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A COMPARABLE VEHICLE (NISSAN SENTRA) THEY GAVE ME A BIG GAS GUZZLING SUV. I ENDED UP BRINGING IT BACK 3 DAYS EARLY SO I WOULD HAVE TO KEEP PUTTING GAS INTO IT.
