Guardianship
After practicing in Holmes County for eleven years, Kim joined Taggart Law Firm in Wooster in 2009. She previously served as President of the Holmes County Bar Association and formerly acted as the Solicitor for the Village of Killbuck. Kim was a member of the ethics committee for Castle Nursing Home in Holmes County. She is currently a board member and treasurer for the Wayne County Volunteer Guardianship Association, and also provides pro bono services to the Volunteer Guardianship Association of Holmes County, where she was a long time board member. Kim currently serves on the Executive Committee and is President Elect of the Wayne County Bar Association.
A native of Wooster, Ohio, David received his undergraduate degree from Grove City College, PA (B.A., summa cum laude, 2002), and his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2005). He practices primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and real estate.

Killbuck Title Agency, Inc., was founded in 1987 by Taggart Law Firm to provide complete real estate title and escrow services for the citizens of Wayne County and its surrounding counties. Our attorneys and the Killbuck Title Agency staff are skilled at handling all areas of residential and commercial real estate law, including negotiations, purchase agreements, title searches, contracts, leases, easements, deeds, land use, zoning, financing, and, ultimately, the real estate closing. Wills
Born in Wooster and raised in Apple Creek, Ohio, Jeff graduated from Waynedale High School before attending the College of Wooster, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1989. He also spent a year abroad studying at Glasgow University in Scotland. After receiving his undergraduate degree, Jeff obtained a master’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University, and earned his Juris Doctorate law degree from the University of Akron School of Law (cum laude, 1997). He practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, wills and probate, trusts, senior citzen issues and business formation and planning.
