Definitely do not stay here, it's become a welfare hotel and you feel like you're staying in the projects. Quality Inn must obviously not do any checking of their hotels or they would remove iit from the chain. Children running through the halls, babies in diapers and ladies in pajamas in the main lobby do not make for a professional looking hotel at all. Couple that with teen aged boys flying around the parking lot in bikes shouting at tenants and some tough looking teens hanging at the entrances and you get the picture.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, wanted to leave after the 1st. night but I couldn't due to the unavailablity of my 1st. choice and my employer footing the bill. The parking lot and lobby are the best parts of the hotel. The front desk employees are extremely nice. However, when I entered the elevator it looks like it's seen better days, got off and the hallway was very depressing. It was not well lit, the doors were cheap, and you could hear everyone's conversations and televisions playing. It seems like there is very thin walls. I entered the room and immediately smelled an odor in the room which was not pleasant. I opened the terrace door to air it out. I later went to CVS and bought a can of Febreeze extra strenght and allergen spray, I sprayed the carpets, upholstery, and bedding. The 1st. 2 days it was very much present until it began to air out due to turning on the air conditioner. The pull out sofa bed looked broken and uninviting, the sofa cushions were worn and you could see the stuffing. The alarm clock was very dusty and there was something sticky on it as well. The kitchen looked clean but there were utensils that looked somewhat dirty and dusty. The coffeemaker had dust on it, it looked like it was a quick wipe down. The ice machine tray was dirty and I had to clean it. The bathroom was the cleanest room and I can't complain about it, however I wondered why management choose not to replace the door that someone had clearly punched in a fit of rage. They did however take the time to paint over it. To top it all off after seeing all this I started itching and I probably psyched myself into having a rash on my chest and hands which did not clear up until I left or who knows, it could have been bed bugs or dust mites. The laundry room had no working lights and smelled like urine. The 1st. morning I went to the breakfast room with my daughter, they had a continental breakfast which my daughter who eats everything, choose not to eat. On our last day she decided to have a waffle which took her about 20 minutes to get due to the long line of people waiting to use the one waffle maker they had. the breakfast area was messy and there was waffle batter everywhere. I decided to try the coffe and got a healthy dose of coffee grounds in my cup, the coffee was very watery and wins the prize for worst coffee ever. There were people who were residing there longterm and there were kids spilling juice, milk, on the seats and no one to pick it up or keep the room clean. Our table was dirty also. The plates and utensils were clean. One of the temporary residents told me that all the rooms have an odor due to flooding in the past and even though the carpet were replaced (or were they ?) that the order is very much present. I had packed most of my belongings the night before so that I wouldn't have to stay any longer than necessary. I would not recommend staying at this hotel at least at the location I was in, to be fair I have not stayed in any other Quality Inn. $179.00 per night for a horrible experience, plus cost for Febreeze and $15.00 for calming Itch relief mosturizing cream.
