Everdry Waterproofing of Greater Grand Rapids

We had our house waterproofed by EverDry maybe 8-10 years ago. It needed to be done because our basement was always damp, and even moderate rainfall would leave puddles on the floor. The product has worked perfectly. Last year (2021) the Lansing area got 7 inches of rain overnight. Every other house on my street got flooded - for the next several days there were wet belongings in people's front yards that they had removed from their basement to throw away. But we didn't have the slightest problem.

At the time of our installation we had some problems, but I expect they had to do with temporary glitches and have been sorted out by now. The foreman didn't have the correct information about our order; they nicked a gas line while they were digging and we had to evacuate for several hours; and they poked a hole in the wall in a hidden place and didn’t tell us about it – I didn’t find it until a few years later!

Since the waterproofing has been installed, I have been in touch with them a few times with questions and they have been very prompt and helpful in addressing my concerns.

We have a creek in our back yard and a sump pump that didn't do anything in our basement. EverDry fixed our sump pump, put in a new system, and waterproofed our basement walls for good measure. The only time I think about it is when we get a post card from EverDry to renew our service agreement. Thank you.

We had our basement done in 2020. Water flooded lots of basements in Muskegon. I reached out to Everdry because I did not want to ever go through this again. I have to say the crew that came to my house were some of the hardest working young men I have seen in a long time. Any questions I had the boss stopped what he was doing and answered. Explained everything clearly. Water was low this year so we did not have to worry this year. It was expensive but if it works like it is suppose to well worth the money. I never want to redo our finished basement again.

We have had the Ever dry system since April 2916. We have been very pleased with it. They were done in a timely manner & that included a lot of digging with a shovel. It is so wonderful to not have to get the shop vac out every time it rained. This system is well worth the money. Would recommend Everdry!

We had a mechanical issue on a Tuesday later in the day. At 8am Wednesday they were here to repair it. We have been clients for over 20 yrs. and they have been great! Cody was our service man and what a wonderful and fast(less than an hour) repair. Thanks Cody you were awesome!!!!!!

We love having an Everdry annual warranty. We had a leaking issue and Antonio came out promptly and did a superb job. Highly recommend!!

Our basement kept getting worse every time it rained. Everdry solved the problem. The basement's been dry ever since. They were great about keeping things as clean as possible. Although it was expensive, it was definitely worth the money.

We had Everdry waterproof our basement in 2011 and our basement has been dry ever since even during the storm in August 2014. Our neighbors had as much as 18" of water in their basement while ours was dry.
