Yonkers Parking Violations Bureau

HORRIBLE !!!! Place to go , Fat black lady in the front desk all she does it's eat cookies while taking care of customers. White old lady at the booted Seccion ignores the fact that there is a customer at her window and keeps doing her paper work. I was the only person at her window didn't greet me or acknowledge that I was there, I had to ask if there was anyone there to take care of me , all she said "you got to wait " remind you I'm the ONLY one there at her window since there was no option of sitting down with my 1 year old son crying just looking at her finishing paperwork after 30 minutes I asked her how much longer I have to wait here standing looking at you ? She said she is the only one there and that she is frustrated
