Gate Tronics installed our company access and video systems, which have until recently performed well. After calling for service, we rec'd a promise to drop by "tomorrow", but three weeks and several ignored phone calls later, we gave our business to someone who actually came "TODAY"!



I could never recommend a company that won't service their own installed products.
