Her staff turned her designs into exquisite pieces of jewelry which highly pleased by wife and made me very happy. In addition to making new items, her staff is great at repairing old items. The staff here is amazing! Very professional and they all definitely know their stuff. I am in San Francisco, CA, and I have several pieces from this boutique. I get lots of compliments as the designs are unique and delightful. Jin Jou is very accommodating and I never feel like I'm being ripped off or taken advantage of. Jin Jou was so warm and helpful! She was honest with me about my options. She offered me much more for my rings than any other jeweler I have stopped at.
