Overall

My house looks worse than it ever has in our 25 years here. Casey's used inappropriate caulk to prepare the wood and it looks terrible! Many areas of the stain were poorly done, and my windows were never painted at all! Many phone calls have been made to the office, a couple of times I actually got to talk to someone other than a secretary, and nothing has been done to begin to fix this.
