Dixie Septic Tank Service

Excellent experience. Randy has many years of experience and gave us very good advice. Other large, chain companies are cheaper but so is their quality and service. Dixie relies on word of mouth from satisfied customers. Don't go anywhere else!

My septic backed up into all 3 bathrooms in my house in the middle of the night. My problem turned out to be more than just needing a tank pumped out, but they walked me through all my options and kept great communication with me throughout the entire ordeal. The owner Randy even called me back on a Sunday night! They showed up in clean trucks with clean equipment which says a lot seeing as its an extremely dirty job. They did exactly what they said they would do and didn't charge me a penny more than they quoted me. They made a nightmare experience so much better. Randy and all his employees were nice and understanding at my need for urgency (couldn't live in my house) and they did a fantastic job. They even carefully replaced the grass they removed and then watered it! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If I ever need septic help they are the ONLY one I will call!!
