ROCK SOLID SERVICE!!!! Thank You Northstar
I called Northstar because of a carpenter and issue. I had a friend who had used them in the past and said the were good. During the initial inspection they found a bat issue in my home. Both were taken care of in a timely maner and the service surpassed my expectations. I liked the fact that they could handle just about any problem the my come my way.
I was very happy with this service. We had Yellow Jackets in a wall of our house. He sprayed and said if they were not gone in two days he would sprayed again. Well, he had to come back and when I called at 5:00 that night he was there within an hour. I had to call again 2 days later because they still were not gone. So again he came out right away. Then he even called the next morning which was a Saturday. I had told him we were having family over and he wanted to make sure thay were gone before the party. Which they were. He was very polite and on time. And showed genuine concern.
Great customer service. Removed carpenter ants from home, with minimal pesticide use.
