You can align your car with 2 pieces of string and do a better job than these thieves. Brought my red Odyssey there for an alignment and the car was pulling just as HARD to the right when I picked it up. The right rear wheel was clearly in need of adjustment, but they didn't even touch the control arm bolts or tie rod jam nuts! I have proof a socket or wrench did not even touch the bolts/jam nuts. Criminals! They obviously didn't even rack the car. No wonder why the owner acted weird on the phone while making the appointment when I told him i needed to have the print puts. Then guess what? They FAILED to provide the print outs, saying their machine is off and the numbers would show negative anyway..umm what? BULL! The owner even had the balls to say "it's definitely not pulling to the right any more". Well that was the end of the day just before the weekend, and we were going on a long trip so I was forced to spend the whole night aligning it myself, just to bring it to a different alignment shop when we got back.
