A study conducted by researchers at the University of Manchester in England looked at how gratitude affected people’s sleep. They discovered that even among people living with sleep disorders, gratitude was associated with falling asleep faster and sleeping longer.

Physical Therapy
A: CPT provides care for a wide variety of orthopedic, cardiac, pulmonary and neurological conditions. We have a balance program, which is designed to identify and prevent falls. Our pediatric physical therapy program is offered for orthopedic-related conditions. CPT therapists also perform functional capacity evaluations and offer individualized work conditioning programs.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy helps individuals recover and improve their daily living skills, work skills and leisure activities in order to be self-sufficient following surgery, injury or illness. An occupational therapy program can include hand rehabilitation; upper extremity treatment to improve range of motion, coordination and strength; visual, perceptual and cognitive skills; and activities of daily living such as dressing and cooking. Occupational therapists also can assist in obtaining customized orthotic devices and splints and assist in ensuring the home environment is accessible upon discharge.
Manual Therapy
Physical therapy helps to decrease pain and improve strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and range of motion.
