UPDATE: Included email from the owner but basically accused my family and planner liars. Regardless, compare the pics. That alone says PLENTY!!
While this review should be 5 star, I’m extremely upset that it’s not. My wedding was 10/17 on a Sunday, just before football started. When the cake was delivered, the people who brought the cake were extremely rude. They were there all of 3 minutes and when handed the over two dozen flowers we were asked to provide, their response was “what are we supposed to do with this?”. Very unprofessional. Since I was the bride, I was unable to oversee what was being done so by the reception, seeing the cake with the flowers the first time compared to what was agreed upon at the tasting and via email, I wanted to cry. Not only did not all the colors get used, but there was no greenery and no thought, just thrown on and they left. When I called today just to explain the situation, one of the guys who delivered became extremely defensive and rude. While explaining there was a difference in opinion, I was told, “timeout. First of all…” and I immediately put a stop to the conversation. If that is how customers are treated, especially the bride, I will take my business elsewhere where they treat their customers with the utmost respect and kindness. The first picture was an example of what was to be done, the other is what actually was given and then all the flowers they were provided. I should have done it myself. So disappointed.

Very professional they make you feel welcome right from the door.they live up to their name, the cake are very delicious. Mandy is the best, she answer every question we ask. our cake was the talk of the night.

This place is owned by a bunch of crooks. We ordered 2 face cakes for my husband's 30th birthday party, and we were given inedible cakes. They were dry and dense. When we called to get a refund, the managers were never available nor did they ever return our MULTIPLE calls. When you pay over 100$ for a cake, you expect good customer service and the decency of the company to assuage a situation when a product is given, not as it was presented. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. I hope this business fails. To all who order: do not be disappointed like us and spend money that was not well-spent.

My Wedding Cake( Orange Marmalade ) and then my Daughters ( Pineapple ) both Fabulous! I have since then bought the OM in the Bungt Cake with the Cream Cheese Icing again Fabulous!!!

The cake was beautiful and delicious.



The only downfall was I ordered the cake 3 weeks in advance and received a call the day that I was suppose to pick-up the cake up that it was not going to be ready at the requested time. Thank goodness, we delayed the event for a few hours.

We ordered a wedding cake and grooms cake from the addision location. We spent dam near 1000 dollars for two cakes. on our wedding day they delievered our cakes which my wife saw the grooms cake which was completly wronge we ordered a butter cream and red velvet cake with chocolate drizzle, but we received a double chocolate, double fudge. she then tells them that the cake is completly wrong so what they do is look at the contract and then just drive off, instead of trying to fix the problem or say atleast they are sorry. so we call them 2 days after on our honey moon. they say that it is our fault that we are confused plus all our guest ate the cake that they wouldnt take back once they were told was wrong. so i tell them that i want my money back for just the groom's cake and they said that we dont need to pay you that you are confused. so l go back and drive to them with my contract to show them that there contract that they have was edited. it was rewriten in two diffrent ink colors. i would not recomend anyone to go to this company ever. they have very good looking cakes but will mess up your once in a lifetime memory.... thanks for the headache.
