        Overall

        On Top Roofing was asked to bid on a roofing inspection needed for a real estate transaction. Their bid was came in low and their subsequent service and professionalism came in high. They worked with our time schedule, showed up on time, and provided the full inspection report the same day as the inspection which facilitated our escrow closing. We couldn't have asked for more and will call On Top in the future for roofing needs. Craig Blackwood was very personable, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with. He returned calls promptly.
