The Alley at Aiea Bowl

This was my first time going to this place. Let's just say I will never go back there. The service at the this place is probably the worst I've seen or experience. Once me and family got there we were told we would have to wait until 9:00 pm top bowl, so I'm thinking well it's 8:30 now so we can wait. Once 9:00 came around we were then told we should have written our names down on the waiting list. So my question is why couldn't you have told us about this waiting list before? Or while we were clearly waiting a few feet from the front desk? Mind you, I didn't see anyone else "signed in". But of course my family and I are new to the area, and there are obviously people there who don't seem to like newbies. I can't say everyone was bad though, just stay away from the girl at the front desk. I wish I had gotten her name. Thanks for the family disappointment.
