Unmatched Expertice

Had a misfire in my Impala that sometimes led to the car not starting. I spent over $600 in repairs at other shops and the problem always came back. A friend recommended Ken's so I decided to try them out. Glad I did, because I went there and the problem was FIXED. Ended up being a wiring harness that had one wire that the coating had worn away. No guessing and "let's try this or that" - they FIXED it. Each step of the way, the people were about as friendly and down to earth as they come. What a wonderful experience. Hat's off to the folks at Ken's!

Saved me $320 using BETTER parts!

I have an Infiniti that had problems with suspension and brakes. Took it to one of the big chains and they quoted me over $900 for the parts I needed, plus an alignment. Took it to Kenny and they did it for $320 less AND found a part that was bad that the big chain didn't find. I've used these guys for many, many years and the only reason I went to the "other place" was because I was afraid to drive my car after I heard a pop. These guys have never steered me wrong and of the 20 or so visits over the years, I have always left feeling satisfied and have never had a problem with the pricing and/or the repairs. The comment from the woman above me has to be a rare mistake and why couldn't her uncle fix it. These guys are great.

Terrible Business

This place wanted to charge me $1200 for a bunch of problems that did not exist. I had my car towed from there to my Uncle's shop in Wooster. Turns out it was just a $75 dollar problem. I think this place is just money hungry and offer no type of decent service at all. Go somewhere else to get your car repaired. Definetly not this place.
