Orange Express

Called to get car transportation from our Dover Ohio location to Akron Canton Airport. When I called, I told them he would need picked up in dover and taken to the airport and asked what the total would be on that. He said 65$ cash. I called back later and asked about how much to tip, He said usually 10%. So the driver drops our guy off but ends up asking him for another 65$ on top of what we already gave him which was 75$. I called and asked why and he said he missed calculated the expense. I told him okay, but if it was wrong you should have called us to tell us about the misunderstanding and corrected it. And he said that he already gave us a 15% discount. We paid 140$ I can’t imagine that that trip would have cost any more than that. After I tried telling him that he told me it would be 65$ he said “it’s business, it happens.” A real business man would have taken the blow to be respectful and honest. We are a huge company and commit to other companies who are honest and trust worthy. They lost a lot of business from us. We have people going up there weekly for business trips. We will not recommend this company nor use it again. Far warning to anyone looking for a taxi. DO NOT USE THEM.
