We had the distinct pleasure of working with an Escrow Officer by the name of Dawn. This purchase was extremely difficult and were down to the wire on closing day but Dawn pushed the lender for the closing documents pulled off the impossible. It didn't help we were out of state but Dawn kept informed every step along the way and succeeded in closing on time and turning a nightmare in a positive experience. We'll I be making additional home purchases in the future and will specifically ask for Dawn as our Escrow Officer.
