Balsinger's Landscape Services

I have used Balsinger's Services for over 3 years now and am completely satisfied in their work and very appreciative of their work staff. They are efficient, cordial, and always get the job done right and on time. I have utilized their irrigation services as well as landscape design and could not be more pleased.

Our yard was decimated by 13 weeks of work from a local foundation company who was unpinning our home due a sink hole on our property. Their work necessitated removing all landscaping from all points around our home. Additionally we lost at least half of our sod due to their work. Through a referral we found Balsinger's Landscaping. What a blessing!! Their knowledge and professionalism made our transition back to normal a very easy one. Christa worked with us to design a hardscaping and landscape design which, when coupled with our new sod, has our property looking like a model home. I can't say enough about the work ethic and desire of all employees to make this a wonderful experience for us. Good fortune was with me the day I "stumbled" on Balsinger's and made the call. It was a blind pick out of the yellow pages. My husband wanted me to "get another estimate" on a plan and estimate we already had. I had planned to go with my first plan and company, but didn't quite feel comfortable with it.

I'm so glad I chose Balsinger's instead. After my first meeting with the designer and walking the property with her, I knew she was thinking on the same wavelength as me. She was interested in my thoughts and ideas, and was open to recycling some plants and pavers we already had. She consulted with the whole team at Balsinger's regarding our ideas and came up with a plan that incorporated our wishes with aesthetics and practicality.

The team of people who worked on our project had one common goal- to make us, the homeowners, happy and satisfied. They were kind, knowledgeable, hard-working, professional, and fun. I looked forward to them coming to the house every day. They explained everything to me. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Additionally, they met a deadline for me that I had initially requested...to be done by Christmas. They worked until about 6 pm on Christmas eve, and finished the project! I couldn't have asked for more.

We are very happy with the product and services of Balsinger's Landscape Services. We would definitely recommend them to anyone, and would not hesitate to call them again.

I called three local companies to provide estimates to overhaul my home landscaping. Two of the three sent written proposals, and Balsinger's was by far the most comprehensive and professional estimate of the two. By comparison, it was the best proposal for the price, and it was a very well prepared proposal. We knew exactly what we would be getting.



The work itself was very quick, and very good. Our only regret is that we did not do this sooner.
