Keri's Laundry

My wash cycle ended and my clothes were not clean. I checked the top of the machine and my detergent was still there. It had not gone into my wash cycle. I informed the cashier and her response was there was nothing she could do about it and no refunds. I told her to call her manager and an older man came in and began fussing at me as though it was my fault that his machine did not wash my clothes properly. He started the cycle over and yelled something about the dryer before leaving.
