        Overall

        Here it is Christmas Eve 3:00pm and my oven element burns out I have a house full of people come tomorrow for dinner and I remember what my Mother always said "if you ever need a part call Cornwell", and even thou you were closed you called me back, walked me through the process of getting old element out, and getting every measured up to see if you had one to fit....what a lifesaver you guys are, Just want to thank you again

        Overall

        Charged me 81.00 for less than 5 min of their time. Only to tell me what I already knew. I called on their services to take a look at my washer. He came and told me it was not level... really? I knew that, that's why I called!

        On a side note, he was a nice guy.
