Requested arrangement with roses and carnations for my mothers birthday. Arrangement delivered only contained 12 carnations and lots of filler, with no roses. When my mother called the shop to ask about delivery the woman who answered the phone was very rude and indicated that her delivery would not happen on the day that it was scheduled by saying "Well that ain't gonna happen". Poor customer service and skimpy arrangement will ensure that we will never use this florist again.
