Love N Care II

Enrolling Zoe' in Love-N-Care has been one of the best decisions I have made. Before she was born, the staff at Love-N-Care welcomed both of us and were eager to answer any of my questions. At eight weeks of age Zoe' began going to Love-N-Care and I have never regretted my decision. She is continuously learning the skills necessary to prepare her for Kindergarten as well as enforcing the values which will make her a better person in life. My child looks forward to going to school everyday and loves each one of the staff members like family. I would strongly recommend this daycare to anyone. We Love It!

Due to our economy, my husband and I had to make the very difficult decision to place our only child in childcare. This is something that I DID NOT want to do because I always considered a "stay-at-home mom" an ideal situation for myself. However, after much prayer and consideration my husband and I began looking around the Albemarle area because this is where he now works. I cannot tell you how many centers we visited (at least 20 in Albemarle and the surrounding towns) and they all seemed fine. However, as soon as we walked into Love-N-Care I knew that we had found the perfect center! As soon as we walked through the door we heard singing from one end of the building and laughing from the other end. The Director immediately met us with a smile and even though it was lunch time, which I witnessed was the busiest time of the day, she never let us feel as though we were an imposition.

The next day we took our daughter and she has been there ever sense.

I am convinced that this is the best daycare center around!

If you are a parent that is hesitant, as I once was, about enrolling your child in daycare please take my advice and visit Love-N-Care!

I worked at both of their centers at two differant times. The first time was great! The teachers were very good and easy to with. They were very good with the children and their parents. The director was a great person who loved the children and worked well the her staff.



After moving back to Albemarle I decided to go back and work for them again. The environment had changed drastically. The staff had almost changed completly. The teachers were unhappy and did not put the children first. They have a new director. She makes it hard to do your job and pick and chooses her favorite children. Certain teachers get special treatment and teachers who are more qualified than the director (have more education) get treated like crap. The turn over rate for teachers and children is very high. If you ask any one why they left you will almost always here the same answer. "The director is too hard to get along with."



The owner is just in it for the money and cares nothing about the way the director treats the teachers just as long as she gets her $$$.
