Do not rent from MBT Properties. For starters me and my fiance were very interested in these apartments so we had called them and never answered. We finally got a call back from a no caller ID number (you can never get ahold of them due to this). We set up an appointment to see the apartments and the lady never showed up so we rescheduled for a different day and she was 30 minutes late. Long story short we ended up getting the tiny dingy apartment and on move in day we were rescheduled three separate times and didn't get to move in that day. They will try to get your money in every way, and when you move out, your security deposit will be gone due to "cleaning fees" and some other excuse. They are the most unprofessional renting company in the entire county. Do not rent from them.

I recommend never renting from these people, for a few reasons.

-My boyfriend and I made 3 different appointments to meet up with the lady who manages these. She failed to show up all 3 times and claimed to have called my cell phone and left a message. I never got any of these messages. Did I mention we drove 3 hours from where we lived to see these places? Well, we did and she didn't care.

-The pet policy is ridiculous. For a cat, you pay $365 for a deposit and then a dollar a day. You pay rent for your cat. How crazy is that?

-Our lease recently ran out and we were looking for a place to live again and decided to give these people the benefit of the doubt. We made an appointment and SHE FINALLY SHOWED UP!! I wasn't impressed. I don't know how we ever would have had any room to do anything in those dingy apartments. They are very tiny. We were running out of options though so we filled out an application. Guess what? The lady NEVER called us back!! They are very unprofessional.

Do not rent from these people. You have been warned.
