Don's Windows & Doors

Don's produces nice looking windows using substandard materials. Is hard pressed to stick to a deadline, and has abrasive customer service capacities. Overall, while their windows look nice, their inability to back-up their product and the issues with glass quality is disheartening. If you want quality, and professionalism go elsewhere.

We recently had our old pella windows and sliding door replaced. The three men that replaced them were very professional and did an outstanding job. Luis,Juilo and Jerardo were outstanding cleaning up as they went getting rid of trash and old windows.Very satisfied with the whole process.Would recommend over any one in the state.

Rather then tell me I was getting TWO locks instead of ONE on my WHOLE HOUSE replacement windows and give me options, they sold me two kitchen windows that I can't reach being only 5'1". To rectify, they said I would have to pay $500 MORE for one window and just use the lower lock on the other window. Nice windows but they failed to provide adequate sales up front.

I built a new house and had Don's put them in. The contractors who were building my semi-custom home had know clue what they were doing, so not only did Don's supply the windows they installed them. People were commenting on the frame and glass, as it looked nothing like the other windows in the community. Noise reduction is awesome!

Don's Windows is the only company that conducted themselves in a professional manner. Not once did the salesman from Don's Windows ever say anyting about any other window company. I did not realize how cut throat the window people in Albuquerque are. Don's Windows gave me all of the information up front and throughout the entire process I was given excellent customer service. I was extremely pleased with my installation for my 13 windows and two patio doors. I will refer anyone to Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. The sliding door we purchased was not installed correctly as the locking latch was upside down. Called to talk about this and they got defensive right away stating it didn't matter. Now the latch has somehow reverted to the way it should have been in the first place and I have concerns about it being secure. Again nothing but defensive. Not even the slightest hint of customer service. As far as they are concerned the door is in, end of story.

I was recommended by seven friends and coworkers to Don's Windows & Doors, Inc. Their products, installation and warranty were superior to everybodys elses products in Albuquerque NM. Most important is it was affordable. The salesman was very straight forward and did not feed me nonsense with starting with high prices and giving me five discounts. All their windows and patio doors are made right here in Albuquerque NM so I aso felt great about supporting a local manufacturer! Yes, my installation was beautiful and my house looks great! Thank you Don's Windows. I am VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCTS AND INSTALLATION!
