This dry cleaners has a discount promotion that they refuse to honor. They overcharge for, and charge multiple prices for, the identical item. The manager does not even know what the rules are for her own promotion, but regardless, she will not give the discount even when it comes from her own cash register printer. There are so many other, better dry cleaners in town, there is no reason to use one that cheats.
