Tim's Mobile Home Service

Tim was hired by the company we purchased our mobile home from. He has repeatedly lied to them and us, first about delivery, then about blocking the home, and now about installing the hurricane straps. We can't insure this home until all this has been done, and so far, Tim's crew hasn't shown up day after day that he promised to do the job. Two weeks is entirely too long to wait for the set up job to be complete, especially when it should have been done the day the home was delivered. It's been 2 weeks and still no tie downs. Tim's Mobile Home Service (also doing business as B and B Mobile Home Service) is not reliable. Please beware. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
