Outback Steakhouse

Wow! What happened? Outback is usually very consistent no matter where you are. Not so for this location. Upon walking in, you can tell that the place must be undergoing some sort of remodel. There were areas of unprimed, unpainted dry wall, there was no wall decor-not an inviting atmosphere. Nothing was posted that made customers aware of or apologize for the "under-construction like" feel. My guest and I sat at the bar area to have dinner and a drink. We had to ask the waiter for bread after the salad arrived! We were not given bar trays with our food. My guest's salad was disappointing, soggy-not fresh at all. I ordered an appetizer and a side of vegetables as my meal. The appetizer came out with the soggy salad and my vegetables when my guest received his meal. The crab cakes that he ordered resembled pancakes! The taste wasn't much better. Even though the bar area was not crowded, we had to flag down our waiter when we needed a refill. Over all a disappointing experience!
