        Three of us had nice BBQ dinners. Had to wait for muffins but they were hot and good.

        I had a couple of beers, too.

        Top Flight in Customer Service

        Every experience that I've had with this Famous Dave's Restaurant turned out great. Even a negative experience was turned into a positive one because they care! They are extremely focused on the customer and know how to treat you well. They seem to know how to choose the friendliest, most dedicated staff. They have a "happy" crew overall and it certainly creates a "happy" environment for us patrons. You can't beat great customer service!

        I go to Famous Dave's all the time and I have yet to receive any tough bbq and I have always received pleasant service whether dine-in or take out.
