Mission Auto Service

I took my old 2003 Ford Focus to these folks, probably half a dozen times over the course of three years. Every time I dropped it off, I felt totally confident that the car was in good hands. The good people at Mission Auto Service always let me know exactly what was wrong and whether or not they needed to do anything. They were honest and reasonably priced and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable, honest mechanic in south Orange County

Upon moving to CA from out of state, I needed a good mechanic to help me become emissions compliant. I assumed there would be several problems with my car. I dropped my vehicle off at Mission Auto Service with a list of things I thought were broken. It turned out to be fairly simple and was certainly within my budget. Their honesty made me a regular customer. I have gone back for several repairs since.

Over the course of this past year, I have had the great fortune of having all three of my cars serviced by Rob and his team at Mission Auto Service. We have had services ranging from installing a new engine to having our tires rotated. Each and every time Bill, the friendly gentleman who greets you upon arrival, has stayed in constant contact with us to keep us apprised of where we are at in the process.

Having been raised by parents who had a similar business, I can tell you that the customer is the priority and a successful business owner needs to make every effort to minimize surprises. I love the fact that the quotes are accurate and that every one of the guys takes care of my vehicles the way I do.

My baby is a 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible (black) and the only auto shop that I allow to work on this car is Mission Auto Service. It has taken me years to find an auto shop that I can trust to make quality repairs to my little classic (not to mention to my various Mercedes).

With 5 drivers in our family, we have 6 vehicles of all makes: GMC, Chevy, Nissan, Honda, and Toyota. It seems like one of them is constantly in need of a service, and taking them to the dealer gets expensive. Since learning about Mission Auto Service, we've been taking all our cars there for both regular service and the occasional problem. They are fast, courteous, and much cheaper than the dealers. It's such a difference when you work with a small, family-owned business whose only concern is making sure you're treated right. We'll be taking all our cars there from now on!

This is definitely the place to go if you want honest, reliable, reasonably priced service on your car. I would recommend them without reservation!

These guys are great and they do a great job. They also have a payment plan they offer with no credit checks, that's right no credit checks. I will definitely be a longtime customer and refer friends and family.

Last time I got my oil changed Bill at the front desk remembered my name! Wow. I have an older car and the guys there keep it running great without selling me a bunch of stuff I don’t really need. I have already referred several of my friends to Mission Auto and will continue to in the future. First class service at a good price!
