I used them because they were friendly and I expensive relative to others and had great reviews.
Four guys showed up (on time but with no call ahead). They left dents all over my walls. The worst was when they refused to take out drawers from a heavy dresser and ended up dumping the whole thing down the stairs and breaking it. Other than cursing and being mad at each other, no one made a comment or apologized to me.
After about 12 calls and emails of little responsiveness they are finally reimbursing the move. What a nightmare! My dresser is irreparable and the insurance is so low on it that I can't even buy a new one for like $100?! Avoid this company.

They lost and damaged many things! When they tried to repair what they damaged, they spilled stain all over the brand new carpet and ruined it in places because the staff repair person did not put down a drop cloth. They would not pay to have it fixed, but rather blamed me and said I actually did it. The sad part was I was an advocate in previous years of this company. Very disappointed with how they treated a very loyal customer. (I have used them 4x)

I am so sad to write this review. I have successfully used AB Moving three times prior to my move on December 11, 2015. This time was awful. First, one of the movers broke a leg off of a TV stand. I watched him do it. Rather than say anything to me or ask me how I wanted to handle it, he went to the truck and grabbed a tool bag. He then proceed to put wood glue ALL OVER the leg and side of the TV stand. It was awful (I will upload pictures if allowed). Any chance of repair was ruined because he, WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, did a rush job trying to fix the TV stand. Second, they forgot the top of my desk that I instructed them at least two times to take. Fortunately I was moving from a house that my friends still lived at, so there was no concern with it being taken by new occupants, but still, a hassle to have other people help me move it. Finally, the company was completely unhelpful when it came to handling the compensation for the furniture their mover broke. I dealt with Christy Vincent who was completely unwilling to make a fair and reasonable offer to compensate for the TV stand that was completely ruined. Her response was basically that they will do the minimum required by law to compensate their customers for their employees mistakes. Not only was she very curt and unapologetic, but very insulting. I will never use AB moving again and would NOT recommend anyone else use them. Again, I moved three times prior to this and only had minimal issues (to be expected when dealing with movers), but the way they treat loyal customers is so appalling to me that I will not be returning.

I've used AB Moving three times now over the course of three years. Each time they've done a great job. The movers are polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I've used the same group of movers each time because they were amazing with my son being in the way the entire time. I'm moving again next month and already have the move scheduled with them again. The rates are also competitive.

for my move on the 17th of August the AB moving guys were awesome and very courteous. Was not used to being called sir. Very professional guys. Kelli was very accommodating as well from the initial call for quote, to the scheduling of the move. Job well done all the way around. If I ever have to move again will MOST DEFINITELY us AB Moving.
