Radha Iyengar, MD

I received a recommendation to see Dr. Iyengar when a recheck of my mammogram indicated a suspicious mass. It was the best experience while being the worst because of the news it was cancer. Dr. Iyengar is more than wonderful. She was caring, compassionate, and took so much time with me explaining everything. Terrible news does not mean a terrible outcome. She is going to be with me every step of the way... encouraging and uplifting so that I believe in her and trust her completely. After she did the ultrasound and before the biopsy she knew and told me the bad news, but the way she told me that I would get through this, made me tell her, "well, what's next!" I never shed a tear. I will get through this. SHE IS AMAZING! She will be my surgeon in February as I am going through chemo now. Thanks Dr. Iyengar!
