        Overall

        I purchased a baby lock machine for myself .I actually was not familiar with the baby lock name ,but thru the staff learned a lot about the co. It was very easy to understand and works great! Customer service is excellent .This was the first time someone knew about sewing machines as was not my experience with retail stores.I love the one on one and customer satisfaction is always a +.You're even entitled to a free lesson. You can't get better than this.
