        fabulous service!

        Not only were my bags and belts for my kirby delivered within two hours of ordering by phone, but the cost was very reasonable. Then, when I forgot how to install the new belt, "Hannah" walked me through the process successfully over the phone! (Not even the directions I downloaded on-line were as helpful!) I was spared the hassel of driving to a location for parts as well as help with the belt. I highly recommend JMC!
