Upon graduation from Law School in 1998, Joanne went on to clerk for The Honorable Amy O’Connor, New Jersey Superior Court, now Appellate Division Judge, in the area of Family Law. Thereafter, Joanne served at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and State Attorney General’s Office in Delaware for just under ten (10) years. During that time, she worked closely with victims and witnesses of crimes on hundreds of cases varying in severity from summary offenses to the most serious felonies. Following that, Joanne acted as IVD counsel in Lehigh County where she represented plaintiffs in child support establishment and enforcement cases. She has also been a Mental Health Hearing Review Officer for Lehigh County, and currently litigates juvenile dependency and Orphans’ Court matters at the direction of Lehigh County.
