The only time I have ever left tools on a customers lawn is 1 time and 1 time only. The reason for this unfortunate situation is due to my truck breaking down on a trip to a supply yard. I spent the remainder of that day on the side of the road getting my vehicle up and running. By the time this was finished it was late and well after dark. I, in my professional opinion found it better to leave my tools where they lay instead of going back to a job after 11pm. Now to respond to our work being sloppy this is far from true. We go out of our way to make every customer happy. We work long hard hours and pay attention to detail. If our work was sloppy than why is our schedule full. The only advertising we do is hand out flyers in the early spring "ALL" of our work comes strictly from referral or people that notice a job well done that are interested in having work done.If there was any feeling of dissatisfaction on the customers end all they would have had to do is simply say something to "US" and we would have fixed any issue. I assure this situation was never brought up to myself our my partner we do great work and would be willing to give you a long list of people that could speak on our behalf as well as a portfolio of our work that would allow you to decide for yourself. I apologize that we have had a customer that wasn't satisfied but lets not forget about the hundreds that have been thrilled with our work and call us back each year.
