Perfect service. They had great integrity. They fixed my 2016 Camry like when I drove it off of the lot. Very honey people. Jim was very accommodating to my schedule.I would defiantly recommend this shop!!!! A+ service.

I have been to Express 3 different times and Jim has been fantastic each and every time! Jim and his staff are polite, kind, fair, and trustworthy. I found Express Auto Body from the reviews online which were great. People seemed extremely satisfied so I took a chance and wow, I was very happy that I did!!! He beat 3 other estimates that I had gotten for a bumper repair by several hundred dollars and treated me like a person rather than just one of the croud. He replaced a backseat seat be lt urgently for me as I was driving a child around that next week and it was crucial that the belt worked for her car seat. The last and most recent repair, around September 2014, I needed bumper repair once again and Jim and his team were right there ready to help. This time and was a little complicated involving two separate accidents to my bumper, of which neither were my fault. He was very knowledgeable, helped guide me as to what direction I should go and then when the decision was made the process was seamless. He also suggested an extra service to remove the mold that had formed on my car (which I had no idea that it was mold - I just thought it was dirt but it wasn't coming off in car washes). He explained my options, never once pressured me into doing it. I decided since I was leaving the car to be fixed, that was the time to get it done. When I arrived to pick up my car... WOW!!!!! it looked beautiful and I didn't even recognize it! It looked and still looks amazing and I just can't thank them enough for taking such great care of me and my car. I still smile and am happy about how much she shines and looks almost brand new even though she is an older car. I would highly recommend that you at least go by and let John give you an estimate for your needs and then you can decide for yourself but if I would guess you will be on your way to a fixed car with Express Auto Body Service and will be VERY HAPPY! Recently, I was in a pretty bad accident and had to file through my insurance since the guy who hit me did not have one. I received a check from my insurance and started shopping around. Talk about feeling like a number! Once they hear you are paying cash (meaning they can not jack up the bill and make your insurance pay more) not many people want to deal with you and if they do they quote an outrageous price (like I have not done my research before I started shopping ! I am a female, but I am far from stupid:). When I got to this place, the owner was very professional, explained the options and gave me a great price. He kept in touch through the repair process, stayed within the agreed budget and (the best of all surprises!!!!) had my car detailed after fixing it. The color was matched perfectly and I think my car looks even better now than before the accident:). Go see Jim if you ever need body work done on your car! People like him need to stay in business!

Back in April of 2009, my pride and joy Mazda Rx-8 suffered some severe hail damage. So bad to where to I had to file a claim through my insurance policy. After looking at several large shops in the north Atlanta area, I became very discouraged to see the way customer service operated. The shop managers basically told me to pick a number, hand them my deductible check, and they will call me when my car is ready. After feeling like just a statistic, I consulted a friend who had recently had body work done on her car, and she advised me about Express Auto body. I decided to check it out, and was very pleased from the moment I walked through the door. It is a family owned shop that really values the concept of keeping the customer informed. While my car was being fixed, I received calls from an actual voice, not an automated machine, giving me update statuses on the repairs of the car, and payments received from the insurance company. They really made me feel at ease with the whole situation, and when my car was finished it looked brand new again. I am extremely thankful for the team at Express Auto Body for taking such good care of me and would recommend them to anyone who values exceptional work and quality service all in one.
