Appliance Direct

Bought a new fridge at appliance Direct all I can say is that the product is average. The meat tray falls when pulled out to get anything out of the tray....a design flaw. The product is loud compared to similar products. The outside design of the product is good. I’d give it a solid B-.

My fridge died on me last night. I called Appliance Direct because I saw on their tv ad that they can deliver on the same day. I wasn’t disappointed! The salesman helped me decide which fridge would suit me best and gave me a great deal. This store definitely had a warehouse feel to it. Even the salesman was wearing a t-shirt and shorts. But I saved $150 on a brand new Kitchenaid fridge and had it delivered on the same day, so I can’t complain!
