Calico

I need to recover 2 antique sofas and a chair. Their selection was ok but I take issue with being in a store for more than 30 minutes, obviously looking for upholstery fabric, struggling, with fabric swatches on the top rung, and not a single sales lady - there were several! - asked me if she could help me. Is there no such thing as customer service anymore? I won't be back. I'd rather go somewhere else! For that matter, id rather pay more per yard, or order from an online source, than endure this again! My time is valuable too.

Fantastic place for fabric and service! I must admit I was a little skeptical about going to this fabric store after reading some not-so pleasant reviews. It couldn't have been further from the experience I had. The moment I entered I was greeted by a member of the sales staff, about 2 mins after looking around I was greeted by another member. I wanted to just look around and get an idea of the store. They have everything from $11/yard to $99/yard so needless to say it can be a little overwhelming when trying to find what you're looking for. There is so much to choose from.



After turning down several offers to help me during my 15 minute 'browsing session', I finally accepted the offer from associate Deborah. She was amazing super knowledgeable and friendly as could be! She didn't make me feel like I had to buy some over-priced designer fabric in order to get something pretty for my space. After spending at least 20-30 mins with me, I ended up falling in love with some fabric that was out of budget so I told her I would think about it. Never once did she try to pressure me into buying it or anything else for that matter.



I'm still decided on what I'll do, but I couldn't resist writing just based on what a pleasurable experience I had with their store and Deborah in particular!



If not for this project, I'll be back for sure for others!
