I've had much better customer service at other places. As for the quality of the salon services, this was one of the worst places I've ever been.



I paid almost $200 for a chemical service that didn't "take". The service was performed by a junior stylist, and not the owner. I think the owner probably would have done a better job based on what I saw her do to other people while I was getting my hair done.



Anyway, after my service was "done," I showed the owner the result which clearly there was no result. When I say clearly, I mean obviously the service was not done right. Instead of acknowledging what was clear as day to anyone who looked, she acted as if I was blind or stupid or both. "What do you mean it didn't take. It looks good to me." The fact that she even said that with a straight face made me wonder if she wasn't blind or stupid. I didn't ask for a refund, but she should have offered one after seeing my hair.



NEVER. NEVER. Going back. Too bad, too. I'm a repeat customer when it comes to beauty services. As this incident demonstrates, a good stylist is hard to find!!
