Ms. Boinis is a Senior Associate focused primarily in the area of complex construction litigation. Her practice includes the representation of architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors in disputes involving construction and design defect claims. Additionally, Ms. Boinis has prior experience in environmental, land use, and contract law. During law school, Ms. Boinis received the Environmental Crimes Seminar Book Award for the highest grade in the class for her academic writing. She also served as the President of the Sustainable Law Society and received the academic Beverly McLear Scholarship for her interest in environmental and public interest law. Ms. Boinis graduated FSU Law with her certification in Environmental, Energy, and Land Use Law with Honors and the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. She has prepared for her professional career with several legal internships, including a judicial internship at the Florida Supreme Court.
Landlord-Tenant Disputes
The relationship between a landlord and his tenant often becomes strained during the tenant's improvement of the leased premises. Commonly called “build-outs,” tenant improvements frequently result in uncertainly as to construction-related obligations under the lease, liens on the leased premises, claims for indemnity, and litigation between the landlord and tenant. Mrs. Creegan’s practice is focused on construction and insurance litigation. In the construction aspect of her practice, Mrs. Creegan specializes in representing parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process including architects, engineers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, distributors and manufacturers. Her experience in this arena includes property damage and remediation claims, mechanic’s lien disputes, payment bond claims, schedule and delay related claims as well as contract preparation, negotiation, and disputes. As for the insurance litigation portion of Mrs. Creegan’s practice, she specializes in first party claims, third party claims, coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.

Personal Injury
Ms. Dyer’s practice is focused primarily on construction litigation. While in graduate school, Ms. Dyer completed an internship in Title IX compliance at a large public university and received the John F. Nolan Jr. Hall of Leaders Award for Excellence in Service and Leadership. During law school, Ms. Dyer was a member of the Women’s Law Symposium, Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity, and the Student Bar Association. She served the school as a Student Ambassador and new-student mentor. She has prepared for her professional career with several internships, including positions with the Florida Press Association as a Legislative Assistant and with a large personal injury firm in Tallahassee.
