KFC

First of all they say they close at 10 but I go to order food at 8:30 from the kfc part after I have a free voucher because they completely messed up a 40$ food order the night before and makes me drive to the 2nd window to look at my voucher they filled out the night before and then tell me I can't get It because kfc closes at 9... No where on the website nor Google dose It say any big about kfc closing at 9 then I call back after I leave to ask why the website hours arnt correct and the employee Jessica said thanks for letting me know just completely rude and terrible service.. You would think a family spending 40$ on food they would at least try and get the manager evolved but instead I just get told thanks for telling me... I've worked in the fast food industry for over 5 years now and I've never been treated so disrespectful in my life.. Not to mention the fact I call again after 10pm and the same Jessica answers who just told me they close at 10..... Never going there again
