Sanders will change your collection day without notice. You'll spend a month trying to get them to respond to email and voicemail to answer questions about why they aren't collecting trash. When they finally respond, they'll be snotty and tell you [a male] "Yes, ma'am, we've changed your collection day" ... and they won't tell you what the new day will be. You'll have to set your trash out every day, and bring it back in every night [coyotes and raccoons] until they collect it.

Then you'll get a call from Bob himself demanding that you fix potholes in your road because their delicate truck - which created the potholes in the first place - are too dainty to drive down a road with potholes in it.

This daintiness doesn't appear to extend to the roads leading up to the Madison County dump, however, which typically resemble a cratered battlefield.

When you inform Bob that his demand appears to be very close to extortion [he doesn't understand that word;you'll have to explain it to him] he'll get huffy and cancel your service. Then he'll call you back multiple times for "...and another thing."

Petty, small-minded, self-important. The only other outfit in the area is imperious and self-absorbed. Surely there has to be SOMEbody who can collect trash without an attitude.

They are argumentative on the phone. They broke my recycling bin. They have at times "forgotten" to pick up the recycling... This company is terrible.

Their drivers are very professional an courtesy. The staff at the office are friendly, professional, an verypleasant to speak with.
