Best Event Rental

I just went this past weekend to Best Event to rent dishes, silverware, glasses, linens and chairs for my wedding with the referral of my caterer. The woman at the store was very rude, overheard her comment to the other lady that she was never getting out of there on time, it was only 3:15, store closes at 4, and we were out of there at 3:35. Anyways, turns out Best Event does not deliver to the location where I am having my reception. They said I could pick up the stuff and drop it off, well, I am coming from NY with family and friends in tow and will not have the time or vehicle access to pick up and drop off. Now what is the difference if I pick it up or they deliver it? It will be used at the same location and with me picking it up there would be more chance for breakage! The lady also asked me why in the world I decided to get married where I am...well, that is none of her business! I can get married wherever I like! So, all in all, not a great experience. I was so disappointed and stressed out that I was going to have to eat off of paper plates, but found out there ARE other rental companies so you DON'T have to rent from Best Event.
