Had a mishap with the loader and they provided a solution by offering either a refund or extra pallet at no cost. Called on a Sunday and were prompt at answering and accommodating. Picked up twice in same day with no problem. Hard-working, staple business in the community. Will be calling again as I am a realtor / investor. GREAT pricing!

We bought 36 pallets,90% of the grass was brown and matted. Many patches crumbled trying to lay them. I called the company and THEY did not care. They accused us of not watering properly and said it turned brown because we did not lay it fast enough.We laid it with in hours and watered it correctly. Beware,most of what they delivered was not worth what we were charged and the company could care less. We will NEVER do business with them again. Web bought two more truck loads (36 pallets from up north and the grass was green and firm..huge difference.

I LOVE K&K. We just had a new pool put in and needed grass fast for a party we were having on Saturday. I called the competitor Friday morning and found out they wouldn't deliver until the next week. SO, I searched for an alternative and found K&K. The owner answered the phone at 7am and delivered the same day at noon. PLUS, the grass was a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY than the grass we had previously purchased from the competitor and CHEAPER TOO!

The owner was very rude when I had to cancel an order of sod due my kids being sick. I told him I would get the order the next weekend. K & K told me NOT to call back again. I am gald this happened before I purchased anything from him. I typically try to do business with local "mom & pop" stores. It is people like this that cause the consumer to buy from big brands.
