Hello and thank you so much for allowing me to be part of your journey. Get on Track is a program designed specifically for people who are planning to, or have recently undergone bariatric surgery. Bariatric surgery can be an amazing life altering medical procedure, it limits the amount of food you can eat in one sitting, while allowing you to see progress and find motivation to make lasting changes to your eating habits and activity levels. This program will take you through several different unhelpful eating habits, as well as techniques that can be used to alter those habits. This is an extremely important part of long term success. For people to lose the weight, and keep it off long term they must change their overall eating habits. The first year after surgery feels very restricted as far as the volume of food you are able to consume, but long term it is up to you to develop new habits and continue focusing on portion control. This is a great tool to use in conjunction with you pre surgical plan, or after your surgery
