spent close to $5000.00 on a sleep to live mattress, the mattress I bought because there high dollar machine that only they have said that was what would best fit my needs that all this technology made people very happy. Was told if for any reason I didnt like the bed, i could return it for another or a complete refund minus a 10% restocking fee. This was fine, after sleeping on it for some days it hurt my back so bad i could sleep at all, found a bed i liked better somewhere else that was adjustable. They would not take the bed back even paying the restocking fee. my sales rep assured me when she was trying to sell it to me that i could bring it back for any reason within 90 days. they all where very nice trying to sell me the bed once i got it and paid, i became just another costumer and was treated very rudely. Then later found basically the same bed for half the price. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!!!

We just bought a new home and needed a new bedroom set and living room set. After looking around, we found that they had the best selection and we found excatly what we wanted. The salesperson was very nice and we had our new furniture delivered the next day. We have had bad experiences in the past with deliveries but everything went smooth. If you are looking for any new furniture, I would highly reccommend Bob Mills Furniture.

my wife and i bought a couch in bob mills in december and it is now mid march and still have not recived it and were told that it would be another month at least before we recive it. all we can get from the management is the run around never do i get a straight answer. never ever shop at bob mills.
