        We had a flat tire 7 hours away from home and we drove here on our spare hoping they could fix our tire. It was crowded and there were lots of people waiting and the guys working on the cars were working HARD. They were all so busy - running, sweating, and working nonstop. There was complimentary water in the waiting room and they had Christian music playing, it was such a nice surprise. We were thrilled that they were able to fix our tire, and when they gave me the ticket it was free. FREE. I asked them why they didn't charge me and they said "So you will come back and buy tires from us." We had the best experience, even though it slowed us down a little bit getting home, I would use Discount Tire a million times over. Fantastic customer service!
